Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Pikomofu is an app made by smd. This page explains how it handles your information.
1. What we collect
Pikomofu does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, location or device identifiers. There is no account. It uses no ads, no tracking and no analytics.
2. What stays on your device
Your pets (names, looks, care records) and settings are stored only on your iPhone and your paired Apple Watch. They are never sent to the developer. Deleting the app removes them.
3. Weather (only if you turn it on)
The approximate location (latitude and longitude) of the place you chose is sent to Apple's weather service (WeatherKit) to get a forecast. Your iPhone's location is never used. When you search for a town outside Japan by name, what you type is sent to Apple Maps search. Apple's privacy policy applies to these.
4. Purchases
The Pikomofu Pass and tips are bought through Apple (the App Store). The developer never receives your payment information.
5. Notifications
The "Tell me when they want attention" reminder is scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.
6. Children
Because Pikomofu collects no personal information, it collects none from children either.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the change will be posted on this page.
